Services

Milling, turning, welding, hydraulic work, and prototype-to-production machining. Quotes are free by email.

Vertical milling for housings, brackets, fixtures, and custom components. Programming and setup stay in the shop.

Lathe work for shafts, fittings, bushings, and other turned details that need consistent dimensions and a clean finish.

Horizontal work for heavier blocks, faces, and parts that set up better on a horizontal mill than a vertical.

We weld as well as machine. Brackets, frames, tabs, and assemblies can be fabricated in the shop when the job needs both cut and weld work.

Design and build of hydraulic components. This is one of the shop’s main specialties, from concept through the finished part.

One piece or a short run to prove a design. We machine first articles so you can fit, test, and revise before production.

A finished drawing is helpful, not required. Bring a sketch, a sample, or a problem and we will help define a part that can be machined.

Once the part is right, we machine repeats on the same equipment, using quality material and keeping communication direct.
