United Precise Machining is an owner-operated shop at 408 Buchanan Street. We program and run CNC mills and lathes, build hydraulic parts, and take work from a drawing or sample through prototype and production.

Heavier blocks, faces, and multi-side work on a horizontal mill when the part needs that setup.

Fabrication in the same shop: brackets, frames, tabs, and welded assemblies when the job needs more than machining.

From drawing to finished part

Review
Send the print, quantity, material, and due date. We confirm what we can run and how we would approach it.

Prototype
When the design is still moving, we machine first articles so you can fit and test before you order a run.

Check
We work with you to confirm the part meets the drawing and performs as intended.

Produce
Repeatable machining on the same equipment, with direct contact to the people running the job.
Ownership
A shop run by machinists
The owners have more than 35 years of combined manufacturing experience: CNC programming, lathes, vertical and horizontal machines, milling, turning, and hydraulic design and build.
United Precise Machining opened in 2022 after the two of us worked together in a CNC shop, saw the work we could take on, and started our own floor. You deal with the people who program and machine the parts.
